Working in a team is great and Kinescope has everything you need for this! You can invite guests and/or team members, decide what features and places are available to them and create roles. This flexible system can help you stay productive and organised.

Members and Guests

Teams include Members and Guests operating in the same workspace. To manage your team just hoover the mouse over your profile avatar and go to Settings > Team.

Members - full-right team members who have different Roles - a set of access rights to features and sections in Kinescope. All workspace content is accessible to members by default, although administrator can restrict their access to certain Projects and Folders.

Guests - invited people outside of your organisation with access to certain places in the workspace. They can also upload and manage media files, but don’t have access to other sections and functions. You can convert guest to member at any time.

For Members:

<aside> ⚠️ Be careful when appointing Administrators. There is no concept of an account owner in Kinescope, any of the Administrators has the right to request deleting an account or a Project.
