<aside> 💡 By default, after logging in, you end up in the Workspace Catalog, which you were invited to or created when you registered. It is in the Catalog that all of your projects and media files are located.

When you first log into Kinescope, you already have a Demi project in your Catalog. Before you start, you can use it and rename or create a new project.

1. Creating a project

Before you can upload media files, you must create a project. You can create a project by clicking the Create a new project button in the center of the screen (or rename the Demo Project available after registering).

  2. If you need to protect the media files in your project from downloading, enable DRM encryption (more information on encryption can be found here: DRM file encryption)
  3. Select the default player and specify where you can display your media files (Everywhere - player embedding is not limited, Nowhere - player is only available to you in the control panel, On the specified domains - player embedding is limited to the list of domains that you specify)
