Looking to update your file with a newer version but keep the link and embed code, as well as analytics, tags, poster, privacy settings and other data associated with it? Use the "Versions” feature.

1. In the Catalog or in the search results, find the required file and double-click on its name to open settings.
2. On the first tab General > scroll down to the section Versions and click on the Replace a file button, next Upload and select a newer file to upload in the pop-up window.
3. Uploading and processing of the new file will start immediately. The progress will be available right in the Versions section.

⚠️ Attention: during uploading and processing of the new file, the older version will be available to users. The update will only occur when the processing is complete. The older file will be deleted automatically, and information about the current one will appear in the Versions section (file name, replacement date & time, uploader’s name).
