Annotations help your viewers to better understand the content and find relevant points. You can highlight key episodes, add attachments, or insert links to other resources.

For example, at the time of presentation, you can make reference to a statistical resource, and in the abstract give details and attach a link to the primary source.

To add annotations:

1. Open the video settings and select the Interactions tab.
2. Enable the Annotation links function.
3. Select the desired timing, enter annotation text, and insert a link (optinal).

The annotation will then appear on the timeline to the right below the video. You can move it around the timeline and add additional annotations to free sections of the video.
